1. Actions for the preservation of the original photographs, documents and writing, their translation into Hebrew and other languages, and the cataloguing of all the authentic archival material in the possession of the family. A substantial part of the documents, photographs and certificates has never been revealed to the general public. All this material will be transferred to the center as a donation of the Senesh family to the new center.


  2. Gathering of historical material regarding the parachutists' mission and its members, cataloguing, and preserving it in the center archives.


  3. Upon completion of the construction, the Sdot Yam Kibbutz members will manage and operate the center, ensuring its continuing development and maintenance.
According to the plan, the center will be built on a Kibbutz area of 1100 square meters. A suitable area of 5000 square meters of land has been allocated for this purpose by Sdot Yam Kibbutz. An initial assessment of the cost of the project is 6 million US dollars.

The foundation intends to obtain funding for the establishment of the center and for fulfilling the legacy of Hannah Senesh by appealing to public funds, institutions and organizations, as well as to private persons in Israel and abroad.

U.S tax deductible contributions of at least 25$ may be sent (and must be made payable) to P.E.F. Israel Endowment Funds, Inc., 317 Madison Avenue, Suite 607 ,New York, NY 10017 with a recommendation that it be used for the "Hannah Senesh Legacy Foundation".

Donors will be given the opportunity to dedicate their donation to the perpetuation of their loved ones.
